Sean McConnell

Sean McConnell is deeply committed to advocating for the injured. Born and raised in Staten Island, New York, Sean received his JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2009 and his Bachelors of Arts degree from Catholic University of America in 2006 where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. In law school, Sean was named a Public Interest Fellow and interned in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.

Sean began his career as a law clerk for a well-respected New York Supreme Court Judge and then joined a premier personal injury law firm in New York City. There, he focused on medical malpractice law and second-sat two high profile trials – one of which resulted in one of the largest monetary verdicts in the history of New York.

Sean is admitted to the New York and Texas State Bars, and has handled all types of personal injury cases, including medical malpractice cases, wrongful death cases, trip and fall cases, car accident cases, cases against city, state, and federal government, and workplace injury cases and has recovered substantial verdicts and settlements for his clients.

Sean was named a “Top 40 Under 40” by the National Trial Lawyers Association and a Super Lawyer Rising Star. Rising Stars is an exclusive list of top-rated attorneys who are chosen after a thorough evaluation of numerous criteria.

Sean understands that it is trying to be seriously injured or to lose a loved one, so he never gives up on a case. He knows his clients won’t quit no matter how much they are hurt and neither will he.

Outside of the office, Sean enjoys traveling the world with his wife and is an avid fan and player of basketball.
